AserePlay
Effective June 10, 2026
AserePlay is a bring-your-own-content IPTV player. We built it to need as little of your data as possible. Here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how to delete it.
AserePlay is built and operated from Homestead, Florida, USA. This policy covers the AserePlay consumer apps — mobile, TV, and web — and the asereplay.com website.
Your account: the email address you sign up with. Your password is stored only as a secure hash — we can't read it.
Your playlists: the playlist URLs and credentials you add yourself, such as M3U links, Xtream Codes logins, and Stremio manifests. We store them so your playlists work on every device you sign in to. We never share them.
Your activity: favorites and watch history, so the app can sync across devices and pick up where you left off.
Your devices: basic device information (model, platform, app version) to keep multi-device sync working and to help us debug problems.
We do not sell your data. To anyone, ever.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers in our apps.
We do not host, inspect, or distribute the content behind your playlists. AserePlay is a player for content you bring.
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Watch history is deleted automatically after 90 days. Everything else — your account, playlists, favorites, and devices — is kept until you delete it or delete your account.
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. That removes your account and every piece of data tied to it — playlists, credentials, favorites, watch history, and devices. It is immediate and permanent.
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we never see or store them.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top and flag meaningful changes in the app.
Questions about your data? Email support@asereplay.com. We answer in hours, not days — in English or Spanish.
