AserePlay

Terms of Service

Effective June 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of the AserePlay consumer apps and the asereplay.com website. The short version: bring your own content, be responsible for it, and don't abuse the service.

What AserePlay is

AserePlay is a bring-your-own-content IPTV player. It plays playlists you supply — M3U/M3U8 links, Xtream Codes accounts, and Stremio manifests. AserePlay does not include, sell, or provide any channels, streams, or content of any kind.

Your content, your responsibility

AserePlay never hosts, sources, or distributes streams. We provide the player; you provide the content.

You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and for ensuring you have the legal right to access and view their content in your jurisdiction. If a playlist isn't yours to watch, don't add it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create an account.

Acceptable use and termination

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no using it to infringe the rights of others, and no reselling access without a written agreement with us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used with content the holder has no right to access.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

The service is provided as-is

AserePlay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any particular playlist or stream will work — your sources are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and flag meaningful changes in the app. Continuing to use AserePlay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
